Sessions are suitable for complete beginners. You don’t need to know anything about breathwork — your body already knows what to do. What you can expect: a deep reset, emotional release, and a clarity that’s hard to find any other way.

Talk therapy changed the conversation. Somatic work changes the body — and that’s where most of us are actually stuck.
We hold our history in our tissues: the anxiety that lives in the chest, the grief that never moved, the freeze response that shows up whenever life gets too much. Somatic Coaching works at this level. Not by analysing your patterns from a distance, but by learning to feel them, understand them, and gently — over time — shift them.
This is for you if you’re navigating burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or a quiet but persistent sense that something needs to change. It’s also for you if you’ve done a lot of inner work already and feel like something is still missing — because often, that missing piece is the body.
Sessions are held in English and German, online and in person.

A focused container for those at a clear turning point — a life transition, a period of high stress, or a specific pattern you’re ready to address. Four sessions give us enough time to go beneath the surface and begin building new ground.
Real, lasting change rarely happens in a month. The 3-month container is for those who are ready to do the deeper work — to understand not just what they’re feeling, but why their body responds the way it does, and how to build a different relationship with themselves over time. We meet every other week, with integration time built in between sessions so the work can settle and take root.


My classes draw from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative traditions — woven together depending on what’s needed. Some days that means moving with strength and intention. Other days it means slowing all the way down and letting the floor hold you.
All levels are welcome. The goal is never the perfect pose — it’s a more honest relationship with your body, your breath, and the present moment. Yoga, in this space, is a practice for living.
